Prospectus
The prospectus for IFFIm's Global Debt Issuance Programme ("GDIP") describes the structure and operations of IFFIm and sets out the general terms and conditions of the bonds to be issued off the GDIP as well as certain risk factors relating to investment in those bonds. The prospectus is updated annually.
Pricing supplement
The specific terms and conditions of each bond issue off the GDIP is set out in a pricing supplement for such issue. Pricing supplements should be read in conjunction with the GDIP prospectus.
